You provided it to us when you – joined as a member, became a volunteer, entered a competition (e.g. the Raffle or Ticket Prize Draw), agreed to sponsor the Show, applied for a trade pitch on the Show field, entered an exhibit in one of the Sections, offered to support the Show.
With whom will we share this data?
We will NOT sell, distribute or lease your personal data to third parties. Committee members such as Section Secretaries and Co-ordinators will use this data to communicate with you about Show matters. Committee members abide by the Caerwys Agricultural Show data protection policies and your data will be treated confidentially.

Sensitive personal data
In exceptional circumstances sensitive personal health data may be collected as part of any accident reporting on the show field. This information may be shared with our insurance company in line with our legal and insurance obligations. If sensitive personal information is collected, we will take extra care to ensure privacy rights are protected. Such data would only be retained for as long as the law required.
